1. How do I spin the wheel?
Enter your items into the text box next to the wheel, then click or tap the wheel to spin. A winner will be selected at random.
2. Is the spin truly random?
Yes. Each spin is determined by a random rotation set internally when the wheel starts spinning. It is not possible to predict or manipulate the outcome. See our disclaimer for more details.
3. Can I customize the wheel colors and sounds?
Absolutely. Click the “Customize” button above the wheel to change the colors, sound effects, and font. Your settings are unique to your wheel and will reset on your next visit.
4. Can I save or share a wheel I've made?
While we don’t currently support account logins, you can most certainly save a local copy of the configuration file to your pc. You may also share your wheel using the “Share” button, which generates a unique link containing your entries and settings. The wheel is public, though only accessible to those who have the unique link.
5. Can I embed the wheel on my website or use it in a classroom?
Yes! You are welcome to use our spinner in presentations, classrooms, or live streams. For embedding, we are working on a widget feature—stay tuned! See our T.O.S for usage guidelines.
6. What if I find a bug or have a feature request?
We love feedback! Please reach out via our contact page if you notice something broken or have an idea to improve the spinner. Many of our features have come from user suggestions.
7. What does Re-spin winners do?
Suppose you want to select 10 winners initially, then transfer them over to the next round, perhaps for a final spin, well you can do that by simply pressing the re-spin winners button. It will automatically clear out all the losing contestnats and just add back the winners, and ready them from Round 2!
8. Is there a maximum number of entries?
Technically no, but keep it under 1300 entries for smooth performance. More than that, and the wheel config/re-render is sluggish. For optimal performance, keep it under 1000.
